BT-150HS Pneumatic Lifting Diamond Tool Grinder is an economical tool for manufacturing and grinding PCD, PCBN and CVD tools; Manufacturing and grinding cemented carbide and high-speed steel non-standard blades. When grinding standard or non-standard welding turning tools, clamping blades, boring tools, grooving tools and other types of tools, it is easy to grind angle and arc transition edges on these tools.

1、 Machine features:

Mechanical structure of machine tool: the machine tool bed (base) adopts high-quality integral casting, and the main parts weigh 1.6 tons, which can meet the grinding requirements of any superhard material.
Motorized spindle of machine tool: the grinding head adopts high-precision frequency conversion speed regulation motorized spindle and adopts circulating water cooling. The rotation accuracy of grinding head spindle: end jump 0.002 mm and diameter jump 0.003 mm.
Pneumatic feed mechanism: the machine tool adopts the “constant pressure grinding” technology, that is, in the grinding process of the tool, the tool always bears constant air pressure, so that the grinding process is balanced and stable, and the overall grinding efficiency is high.
Auxiliary work: the tool approaches the grinding wheel and returns to the clamping position after grinding. These two actions are fast forward and fast backward through the pneumatic feeding device, which can save the auxiliary time up to 70%.
Reciprocating servo swing of grinding head: the reciprocating swing of grinding wheel is realized by servo motor, and the amplitude is freely adjusted between 0 and 30 mm, so as to make the grinding wheel consume evenly and sharpen in time, so as to ensure the grinding accuracy and roughness.
On line CCD measurement: optical microscope zoom and CCD camera magnification technology are adopted, and the magnification is optional between 25 and 80. The scribe line for comparison is generated by software and remains unchanged as the benchmark after calibration, which ensures the comparison accuracy, so that the machine tool can accurately detect the arc of the tool tip, and has the function of angle line and graphic import to carry out the comparison measurement of non-standard tools.
Radial locking of grinding wheel shaft: the radial locking technology of grinding wheel spindle makes the concave convex of two arc guide rails embrace and brake tightly, so as to achieve smooth contact without gap and greatly enhance the rigidity of the equipment. The adjustment of the elevation angle of the grinding wheel (which determines the tool back angle) does not change the position of the center line of the grinding wheel, so there is no need to adjust the height of the grinding wheel for rough and fine grinding.
2、 Technological breakthrough

Optimization of vertical axis: the slightly adjusted vertical axis lifting is integrated into the fixture of the workbench, which greatly enhances the stability and rigidity of the equipment.
More stable feeding: PCD is hard and brittle material and can not withstand impact force (especially periodic). Therefore, the improved machine tool of our company has designed a “flexible feeding” device with air pressure, which has the function of making the tool when the tool edge is impacted, so as to effectively improve the roughness of the tool edge.
Our company uses a large screen to display the tool image, which is located in front of the operation station. It does not need to turn around and look up frequently. As long as the “eye lift” can cooperate, the production efficiency can be improved by about 50%.
Equipped with grinding head lifting adjustment shaft, vertical lifting device of grinding point developed for non-standard tools (such as V-CUT cutter, dense tooth milling cutter and tool rake face, etc.), with lifting distance of ± 75cm.
